Amazing Hotel Experience!

kind staff attentive team really good stay genuine care

The staff at reception and the restaurant were AMAZING!!! My four-day stay was really good. From the start, the team showed kindness and attentiveness. They readily accommodated our needs, showing genuine care.

The WiFi signal was not very strong in all areas of the hotel, causing slight inconvenience.

the staff were really polite and understanding. they were always available and helpful. the hotel's location was convenient with proximity to local shops and a mall. the outside area had activities like ping pong and darts. the pool area also had chairs for sunbathing.

the room design seemed a bit dated.

The reception staff were very warm upon arrival. A room upgrade to a duplex room happened when I asked for a single bed. The bathroom was clean and featured hot water and good room conditioning. The swimming pool area provided a space to relax.
